One-to-one reserves
USDXX is backed by reserves held with a partner bank and a qualified custodian. Reserve assets are never used to fund operations, provide exchange liquidity or cover losses elsewhere.
Trust & Safety
Making USDXX easy shouldn't mean asking customers to trust a black box. YaysPay is built so an independent auditor can verify the system is never creating unsupported balances.
How funds are held
USDXX is backed by reserves held with a partner bank and a qualified custodian. Reserve assets are never used to fund operations, provide exchange liquidity or cover losses elsewhere.
USDXX reserve assets, customer fiat, exchange customer assets and Indexx operating capital are held apart, with independent reconciliation.
Every day YaysPay creates a cryptographic commitment of all customer balances so an independent auditor can verify that customer USDXX liabilities never exceed USDXX in custody.
No developer or single employee can move reserves or mint USDXX alone. Minting, burning and admin keys require multi-party approval.
Recipient verification, unusual-behaviour warnings, address-poisoning detection and scam-message screening inside YaysApp — not just SMS codes.
Passkey and biometric authentication, device authorisation, daily and per-transaction limits, temporary account lock and a clear account-recovery path.
Separation
USDXX reserve assets are never used to fund Indexx operations, support Bitcoin YAY, provide exchange liquidity, make speculative investments or cover losses elsewhere.

The daily proof
Every day YaysPay publishes a cryptographic commitment representing all customer USDXX balances. The public never sees individual names or balances — but an auditor can confirm the inequality always holds.
Compliance
A portal that accepts and transmits USDXX may be treated as money transmission depending on structure and jurisdiction. The pilot is built around licensed and regulated counterparties, with YaysApp acting initially as the technology and customer-experience layer.
Join the early-access list for YaysPay. We'll start with a closed pilot — verified accounts, real USDXX, one blockchain, limited amounts.
