Positioning

We are not building a bank — yet.

A real bank requires a charter, substantial capital, examinations and regulatory approval. Instead, YaysPay is an Indexx financial-services layer supported by regulated partner banks, an authorized USDXX issuer and a qualified digital-asset custodian. Indexx controls the customer experience and technology without prematurely carrying the regulatory burden of operating a bank.

Banking partnerships

One reserve bank, one backup, a permitted USDXX issuer, a digital custodian, a KYC/KYB and monitoring provider, and an independent attestation firm.

Phase 2

Indexx financial portal

Launch the wallet: USDXX balance, fiat funding and redemption, QR payments, merchant settlement, statements and Indexx Exchange conversion.

Phase 3

Evaluate a charter

Only after meaningful volume, experienced banking management, strong compliance, independent capital, audited financials and mature security — a separate, counsel-led project.
