Privacy Policy

YaysPay is designed to keep commercial details private while still being provable. This policy explains what is collected, why, and who can see it.

1. What we collect

Account and identity information needed for KYC/KYB verification; device and authentication data; and transaction records including amount, counterparty, timestamp and settlement type.

Trust Envelope evidence — verified business status, purchase orders, approvals, shipment and delivery — is encrypted and attached to a payment. The public does not see these commercial details.

2. How it is used

To operate payments and settlement, to run Scam Guard and fraud monitoring, to meet AML and recordkeeping obligations, and to reconcile balances against on-chain custody and reserves.

AI assists with document interpretation for AI Invoice to Payment. AI does not control minting, reserves or the movement of customer money.

3. What others see

For an omnibus custodial structure, the blockchain shows the custodian holding aggregate USDXX, not individual customer transfers. The internal ledger records each customer's claim.

Temporary Proof lets you share a receipt through a link that expires after 72 hours. The underlying record is retained; only the sharing permission ends.

4. The daily proof

YaysPay publishes a cryptographic commitment of all customer balances so an auditor can verify solvency. This commitment does not reveal individual names or balances.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or social pixels. It stores two things in your browser only: your colour-theme choice (light, dark or system) and, on the demo page, your demo progress. Both stay on your device, are never sent to a server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

The YaysPay app and merchant portal use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and security. Where any optional analytics are introduced, they will be disclosed here and, where required, gated behind consent.

6. Sharing and third parties

Personal and transaction data is shared only with the regulated partners needed to operate the service — the USDXX issuer, custody provider, reserve bank, and KYC/KYB and transaction-monitoring providers — and with authorities where legally required. It is not sold.

7. Retention

Identity and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable AML and financial-recordkeeping rules, typically several years after account closure. Trust Envelope evidence is retained for the life of the related dispute window and any statutory period after it.

8. Your choices

You can request access to your data, correct it, and export transaction history. You can withdraw optional consents and close your account, subject to records that must be retained to meet financial regulations. Contact us through the support page to exercise any of these rights.

This page is placeholder content for a pre-launch product demo. It is not legal advice and does not create any contractual relationship. Final terms will be published with the licensed entities and regulated partners named.
